Ingredients:
1 large pack Marie biscuits
200 gm Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 tin Milkmaid)
1-1½ cup ghee/Melted butter
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp drinking chocolate
1 cup nuts, coarsely chopped (walnuts, cashewnuts, almonds)
Method:
- Powder the biscuits in a mixer and combine it with ghee. The mixture should be soggy.
- Grease a cake tin and pat this mixture at the bottom.
- Mix cocoa & drinking chocolate. and spread it evenly over this layer.
- Pour condensed milk over it and top it with chopped nuts and bake for 40 min at 180°C.
- Poke a knife to check if it is done. If it comes out clean, remove and leave aside to cool. Serve.
