Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 small ripe mangoes
½ tsp chili powder
1 cup fresh curds
1 tbsp coconut oil
½ tsp mustard seeds
1 large dried red chili
6-7 curry leaves
Salt
Method:
- Peel and deseed the mangoes, and chop them into small pieces.
- Add chili powder and salt and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Add curds and mix well.
- Heat coconut oil and add mustard seeds, red chili and curry leaves.
- When the mustard leaves splutter, pour it over the kichadi.
