Ingredients:
200 g Condensed milk (½ tin)
2 medium size Apples peeled and cubed
50g Butter
1 cup Flour (¾ cup if not adding egg)
1½ tsp Baking powder
1 cup Nuts (walnuts, cashew nuts) chopped
Topping:
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Flour
2 tbsp Butter
Method:
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, Condensed milk and butter.

Beat the egg and add stir in nuts and apple until coated with the batter.

Spread the mix evenly in a greased dish.

Mix the ingredients for the topping till crumbly.

Sprinkle topping mix over apple mixture in the pan and bake at 180°C for 30-35 min till top is golden brown. Serve hot or cold.
