Ingredients:
¾ cup Rice
½ cup Sabudana (Sago)
1½ cups Condensed milk
1½ tbsp Sugar
Seasoning:
½ tbsp Ghee
2 Bay leaves
½ tsp Jeera
¾ tsp Cinnamon powder-
¾ tsp Cardamom powder
¾ tsp Cloves powder
Cashew nuts
Raisins
Method:
- Rough grind rice in mixer and cook in 1 cup water till half done.

Heat ghee; add bay leaves and jeera, then sugar.

Keep stirring till the sugar forms caramel.

Add milk made from Condensed milk when it boils, add the half cooked rice keep stirring add the milk then cooked sabudana.

Toss in the powdered condiments and kismis.

Simmer for 10 min.

Fry cashew nuts in ghee and add serve hot, chilled or frozen.
