Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 tomato, chopped
5-6 shallots (or ½ onion), chopped
¼" ginger, minced
1 green chili, chopped
2 cups curds
2 tsp coconut oil
6-7 curry leaves
½ tsp mustard seeds
Method:
- Beat the curds, and add tomato, shallots, ginger and green chili.
- Heat coconut oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves, and pour it over the pachadi when the mustard seeds splutter.
